CLJ Innovations is a small company located in Northeast Tennessee. The BullCharger is our side charging converter which works with most charging handles. You do not have to replace your existing handle to convert your flat top AR to a side charging pistol or rifle. Coming soon is the BullBlock. An Adjustable gas block that also has a quick on and off switch. The BullBlock will also operate along with your BullCharger to convert your semi-auto AR into a straight pulled bolt action rifle.
